2. Warehousing & Fulfillment
LightingWill operates local fulfillment warehouses in selected regions, including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, and Japan.
Local warehouse availability depends on product inventory and destination. If the ordered item is available in a local warehouse, your order will be shipped domestically for faster delivery.
If local inventory is unavailable, your order may be fulfilled and shipped from our headquarters warehouse.

4. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing time may be longer for customized products, large quantity orders, holiday periods, or special requests.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Orders shipped from local warehouses normally do not require additional import duties.
For international shipments from our headquarters warehouse, import taxes, customs duties, or clearance fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These costs are the responsibility of the customer if applicable.
LightingWill will provide reasonable assistance with shipping documents when required for customs clearance.
6. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided by email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

- Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing an order. LightingWill is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Shipping delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Shipping fees are calculated according to the shipping method selected, product weight, package dimensions, destination, and carrier rates.
- Original shipping fees may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by an error from LightingWill.
